What if I'm unhappy with a product? 

Firstly, a replacement product will be offered. We will collect the unwanted or damaged item, and deliver a replacement product to your home. This service is offered for one return only. Subsequent returns will be charged. If you're not happy to receive a replacement product we will offer a full refund.  Refunds are not issued for products on Sale, a credit note will be issued to the customer for the value of the product on sale, and must be used within 3 months. Please note all tags, labels, and packaging must remain on the garment to receive a refund. Refunds can take up to 10 days to arrive, depending on the customers bank. We will do our very best to ensure you are satisfied with the product you ordered.

How do School & Sports Wear contribute towards local communities, schools and sports clubs?

We share 10% of our profits from the sale of school uniforms and sports apparel. Every item purchased results in a donation being made to your local school or club. Donated money from School & Sports Wear will be used to fund projects that make a health, educational, social, or environmental impact on the local community where the school or sports club is based.

Is there a Shop I can visit?
We are an E-Commerce business. All products are ordered online through our website. There is no physical shop.

How  long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders can take from 1-3 working days to arrive. Significant delivery delays have occurred recently due to the Covid-19 pandemic and Brexit. We will contact you prior to delivering your order to arrange a time and day that suits you.  

Free Delivery Explained.
Delivery is absolutely free of charge.  Free delivery is offered within 6km of where the school is located. At the request of a customer, we can deliver to a family member or friends house, in order for you to receive free delivery. A delivery charge of €5 may apply to orders outside the 6km radius. 

What if clothes don't fit, how do I return items?
We offer a collect-and-drop service direct to your door, at no extra cost to you. We collect the unwanted size and deliver a new size for your convenience. There is no complicated returns process which helps save you money and reduces hassle for you. We aim to make your online shopping experience convenient and stress-free. Our complimentary Returns service allows customers to avail of 1 collect-and-drop direct to your home. Any subsequent returns, and associated costs, will not be covered by School & Sports Wear. Customers who are returning items for refunds will cover the costs of postage & packaging, and all associated costs relating to the returned item(s).  

How can I trust the online payment section on the website, is it secure?
The simple answer is Yes. Online transactions use Stripe for taking payments. Stripe is one of the worlds largest online payment platforms. Companies such as Oxfam, Under Armour, and Deliveroo use Stripe for online payments.
