Free Delivery Explained.
Free delivery is offered to customers within 3km of their school or sports club. A delivery fee will be charged to customers outside this 3km zone. If you live outside this radius, be smart and get your order delivered to a family member or friend to avail of free delivery. Customers opting to pay the extra delivery charge must pay prior to delivery being dispatched.  

How do School & Sports Wear Share Profits with schools, communities, and sports clubs?
It's simple, You Shop and We Share. We share 10% of our profits from the sale of school uniforms and sports wear. Every item purchased results in a donation being made to your local school, sports club, or community. Money donated from School and Sports Wear are used to fund projects that have a positive impact on the local community. Spread the good news to your friends and neighbours. The more people who shop with us, the greater our investment.

Is there a Shop I can visit?
There is no physical shop. All products are ordered online through our website. We are an E-Commerce business, meaning all sales are done through our SHOP. Our free returns service allows customers to shop online knowing they can exchange sizes if needed. Did you know that over 70% of shopping now takes place online. Retail is rapidly changing with far less 'bricks & mortar' shops. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, online shopping has accelerated astronomically!!

Free Returns Explained.
Our Free Returns service is offered to customers who want to exchange sizes. As a complimentary service we offer one call out, to customers home, to help with choosing the right sizes. Simply email or send a WhatsApp message, contact details here with your order number and the garment you want to return. We will collect the unwanted size and deliver a new size direct to your home, free of charge.

Free returns do not apply to customers who want to return products for a refund (explained below).

Free returns do not apply to customers who choose to have their order delivered outside 3km zone. In this case, customers wishing to return items will pay all postage and delivery charges when returning garments. (see below for further details on how to return items).

Exchanging Sizes
Customers often wish to exchange sizes that are too big or small - that's no problem. We can facilitate an exchange of sizes through our Free Returns service (explained above). However, exchanging sizes must be completed within 30 days of purchase. We cannot exchange sizes after the 30 days have lapsed.

What if I'm unhappy with a product? 

Firstly, a replacement product will be offered. Please note all tags, labels, and packaging must remain on the garments to receive a refund. Refunds can take a minimum of 10 working days to arrive, depending on the customers bank. If you're not happy to receive a replacement product we will offer a refund. Refunds will not be issued for products on Sale, instead a credit code may be issued to the customer for the value of the product(s), which must be used within 3 months of issue. 

How do I get a Refund?
Contact customer services: help@schoolandsportswear.ie with; Order Number, Name, and reason for product being returned. You will be advised by email on how, and where, to return products (please check your inbox and spam folder for email replies!). Customers seeking refunds will cover the full cost of postage & packaging, and all associated costs relating to the returned item(s). It is advised that returned items are sent using secure postage & tracking, as items that go missing in the post are not the responsibility of School & Sports Wear.

All packaging and tags must be intact on the garments to receive a refund. After returned products are received by School & Sports Wear, we will process a refund. Please note refunds can take a minimum of 10 working days to receive, depending on your particular bank.

Refunds WILL NOT be offered to customers for knitwear (jumpers or cardigans), where washing instructions have not been followed correctly. Care instructions are clearly labelled on each knitwear garment. Customer negligence, in the care and washing of knitwear, is not the responsibility of School & Sports Wear.

Refunds WILL NOT be offered to customers when a garment has become damaged due to prolonged wear-and-tear. School uniforms are worn daily and washed many times per week. Customers should allow for some impairment of garments after extended wearing and washing.

Refunds will not be issued for products on Sale.

How  long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders may take up to 5 working days to arrive. During Sales and summer months when we are really busy, please allow up to 8 working days to receive delivery. Significant delivery delays have occurred recently due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Brexit, and significant delays with international freight. We will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a time and day that suits you.  

How can I trust the online payment section on the website, is it secure?
The simple answer is Yes. Online transactions use Stripe for taking payments. Stripe is one of the worlds largest online payment platforms. Companies such as Oxfam, Under Armour, and Deliveroo use Stripe for online payments. 

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations)
No data will be shared with third parties. We are fully compliant with GDPR regulations in Ireland
